“Building the future of sport: interview with Cristiano Giannotti, CEO and Founder of TSS”<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The TSS – Technology Sport System – project is rapidly gaining the attention of clubs, investors and institutions. Behind this vision is Cristiano Giannotti<\/strong>, an entrepreneur and manager with a long experience between sports, marketing and innovation.<\/p>\n\n

In this interview, he tells us how TSS was born, what challenges he faced, and where the project is going.<\/p>\n\n

Christian, let’s start from the beginning. What motivated you to found TSS?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

“The positive frustration of seeing how much untapped potential there was in youth soccer. So many clubs full of passion, but with tools from the past. I wanted to create a platform that would put everyone – managers, families, coaches and athletes – in a better position to work.”<\/p>\n\n

What makes TSS different from other sports software?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

“We are not just any management. TSS is an ecosystem<\/strong>: it connects data, relationships, performance and communication. And it does so while complying with the most current regulations, such as GDPR and safeguarding. In addition, we work with each club as partners, not just suppliers.”<\/p>\n\n

How did you fund the project?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

“We had access to regional and national calls<\/strong>, such as Campania Startup 2023, and entered prestigious incubators-Wylab, Lazio Innova, Campania NewSteel. This gave us a strong boost, but the real value was the first clubs that gave us confidence.”<\/p>\n\n

An accomplishment you are proud of?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

“The partnership with Palermo FC, where we are fully managing the youth sector. But also the TravelPass and the partnership with Sicily by Car: a concrete demonstration of how the fan can be rewarded and involved through technology.”<\/p>\n\n

What about the future?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

“Expansion. Internationalization. And a lot of work to bring artificial intelligence to amateur clubs. Italian soccer needs real tools, and we want to be alongside those who want to change.”<\/p>\n\n
